Riyad Mahrez's Wing Assist in Damac's Premier League Victory
Riyad Mahrez's wing assist was the difference between a win and a draw for Dacia (formerly DAMAC) in their Premier League match against Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
The Algerian international, who joined Dacia from Leicester City last summer, has been in fine form this season, scoring six goals in just ten Premier League appearances.
In the 67th minute of the match, he played a delightful through ball to substitute Ademola Lookman, who raced past his marker before firing a low shot into the bottom corner of the net.
Mahrez's assist was the highlight of an otherwise forgettable performance for Dacia,Campeonato Brasileiro Action who were beaten 2-1 by Fulham despite leading 1-0 thanks to Lookman's goal.
Fulham, meanwhile, had two more chances to score in the second half but could only manage one goal, with Ryan Sessegnon heading home a cross from James Tarkowski in the 85th minute.
Despite the loss, Dacia remain in third place in the Premier League table, just four points behind leaders Manchester United and Liverpool. They will hope to bounce back against West Bromwich Albion on Monday night.
